How to make Vegetable and Fruit Salad


Salads are of different kinds and types. The type of salad prepared depends largely on the type of fruits/vegetable available in your region. Salads are  great recipes for restoring all vitamins and minerals  in the body as it combines not only one fruit/vegetable but a variety of them. They also contain fiber and carbohydrate in the form of sugar. It is highly recommended that you take this recipe for overall freshness, immunity, and restoration of the body's natural state. Most of the fruits and vegetables used below are antioxidants which help to mop  up free radicals in the body that causes aging.  Salads can also be used as an appetizer.

Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
  • Cabbage
  • Carrot
  • Green Peas
  • Green pepper
  • Cucumber
  • Lettuce
  • Potatoes
  • Eggs
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Salad Cream


Method
Use grader for best result
Grade the carrot, cabbage, cucumber
Boil your eggs and remove the shells. Then either dice the eggs or slice them
Slice your onion very well to look thin
Also slice the tomatoes, lettuce
The green pepper can be diced and boiled, warm the green peas and drain
All these ingredients have to be washed in salt water because they are going to be taken fresh. The salt helps to kill harmful bacteria in the vegetables
Get some of the egg sliced  for dressing
Boil the potatoes

Preparation
Dice the potatoes in smaller cubes and get your salad bowl ready, put your cabbage, carrot, green peas, green pepper, onion, potatoes, mix together.
Add cream and mix, pick the slice tomatoes and lay on the salad
Add the sliced egg to your mixture, add cucumber, add lettuce, add cream, mix together.
Now lay the tomatoes, onion on the salad, then make about two alternate layers, sprinkle the lettuce on top

Fruit Salad
Ingredients
Pineapple, banana, pawpaw
Preparation
Cut all these fruits in cubes shape
Mix together and add milk

Alternatively
Use Pineapple, pawpaw, cucumber, watermelon and apple
Chop them into cube shape and eat as it is fresh
